Map improvements (uploading pick-up points, react components, cash on delivery) * We no longer download full information about the pick-up point, but only addresses and coordinates. Other information is downloaded only after selecting a specific pick point. * A loader will be displayed before all pickup points are drawn on the map. * Changed map display/hide behavior. Once the map is loaded, the second view of the map (without refresh) is faster. * Linking payments with a specific pick-up point and not with the carrier
